The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was solid. Walking to Cusat station and IIM K Kochi campus takes only 3 minutes, which was super convenient for me. A small fridge in the room would be useful for guests staying longterm.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and overall super friendly. The initial room was in poor condition, so I had to be moved to another room, and there was a persistent bad smell throughout the building.

The location is great near CUSAT metro, and the staff—especially Mr Irfan—were excellent. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
