The room was quite old and a bit shabby, with scratched or damaged furnishings and the cleaning could use a review. On the bright side, the location was central, and the staff were available and kindly kept our luggage for us during the day.

The staff were very welcoming, the shower had hot water with good pressure, and there was one shampoo and two soaps. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the location was very central, and water was available in bottles. However, the ventilation produced a very loud, continuous noise, and the walls were thin like paper, so I could hear neighbors chatting, watching TV, and even making love; I couldn’t sleep from 2 am to 5 am, the time I woke up. I felt like I was in the same room as them. The sheets were stained, there was no window in the room—only a 1 m² opening to a duct—, and there was only one towel, which was inconvenient for drying hair and body.

The place is centrally located next to the plaza, the breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly. The room feels a little stuffy and there’s no view.

The location is very central, right on the main square. The check‑in wasn’t ready at the time listed on the website, and they didn’t provide towels, so we had to ask for them. The exterior rooms face the street and the windows don’t seal properly, so a lot of noise gets in. There’s no air conditioning, just a noisy fan that makes a lot of noise.
