The location was good, breakfast was fine, service was decent. The floor was a bit damp with moisture.
I didn’t stay there. There was no garage, so we chose another hotel, which felt unsafe. The façade wasn’t nice, and the gentleman who attended us wasn’t very friendly.
“Ideal para noche de paso”
We slept there with ten people while passing through and everything was very good, though the garage was small.
The room was basic yet comfortable and very clean, enough for a one‑night stay, and breakfast was decent. However, the parking was a nightmare: the lot is tiny, the entrance so narrow that even a small car struggles, let alone a larger one, and they packed five cars into a space that barely fits three, leaving our vehicle locked in and forcing us to wait for others to move despite needing to leave early. To make matters worse, guests who arrived after 23:00 were shouting in the parking area to maneuver, and the hotel manager responded by raising her voice instead of asking for quiet. The roof tiles rattled loudly when it rained at night, making sleep impossible as if the world were collapsing. The room itself was fine, but all these issues ruined the experience. I suggest better communication—had we known the lot would be full we would have left the car elsewhere—and a clear quiet‑hours policy, plus limiting the number of cars or only allowing smaller vehicles.
