キッチン、調理器具、洗濯機、コンロ、冷蔵庫など必要なものはほぼすべてあります。 外に洗濯機がほせ、足を洗える水道があります。 海亀ビーチへは徒歩20分くらい、近くにスーパーもあります。部屋は広い。. エアコンがなく、ファンのみで暑すぎて寝られなかった。（3月頭）土間で寝られたらまだ涼しいと思う。 土間タイプなのでスリッパ必須 アリ、ゴキブリが出る。 持参したプロ仕様のゴキブリ除けを置いておきました。

二階の部屋です。 キッチン、調理器具、冷蔵庫、洗濯機（洗剤も）必要なものはほぼ全てあります。外に洗濯物がほせます。外に水道があり足を洗うのに便利。部屋面積は広いです。海亀ビーチへは徒歩20分くらい。スーパーからも近いです。 オーナーは親切です。ただ近くにはいないので料金は先払いが無難。 ビーチに近く洗濯機、キッチンまである設備の割に安い。. エアコンがなく、ファンのみで、暑すぎて寝られなかった。（3月上旬）土間に寝られたらまだ涼しいと思う。 アリ、ゴキブリが出る。 土間タイプなので、スリッパが必須。 窓、ドアの隙間など部屋の作り的に虫は避けられないため、我慢しましょう。日本から持っていったコンバット（プロ仕様のゴキブリ除け）を置いておきました。効くとよいのですが。

The apartment is huge and fully equipped for a long stay, with a washing machine, fridge, gas stove, and a mosquito‑proof bed. The host, Chamil, was very helpful and welcoming. Everything else was fine.

“Лучший выбор.”

We liked the stay – comfortable and affordable. The house has two units on the first and second floors; we stayed on the second floor with a balcony, two rooms, a private kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, and washing machine. The price/quality/location ratio is one of the best for Hikkaduwa in my view. The beach is a 15‑minute leisurely walk, away from the main road, with no restaurant noise. Sound insulation is good; we can’t hear the first‑floor neighbors. A 10‑minute walk opposite the beach leads to a very cheap fruit market, much cheaper than the central market. Host Shamil resolved issues promptly. There’s a garden, our window faces a palm tree, and the view is picturesque. We stayed twice and will return if we’re back in Hikkaduwa.
