“Good beds, bathroom problem, great front desk person upon arrival”

The location was convenient, and the desk clerk was helpful and handed out menus when I asked. The beds were comfortable. However, when we entered our room the bathroom still had a lot of toilet paper left inside, even though we hadn’t used it, and I would have liked the fan to stay on all night to dampen the noise.

The parking lot and the building’s exterior were fine. The interior had a bad smell, the paint looked off, the overall vibe was off, the AC gave off a bad odor, the staff were problematic, the TV was old and its remote was sticky, and the lock on our room door was broken. The area itself wasn’t great, especially near the Taco Bell.

“Never again”

It’s close to everything. We found a mouse in our room, the shower was falling apart, the mirror was falling apart, the vanity light didn’t work, it smelled bad, the water was extremely hot with no temperature guard, the shower was slippery and my kid fell, and my throat is sore from a moldy, musty smell.

“I got what I needed out of it, but I didn't entirely feel safe with the location.”

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The bed was comfy and the pillows felt like clouds. The hotel’s location was sketchy and there was almost no soundproofing; we heard every outside noise the whole time, including doors opening and closing and people upstairs walking or running.
