“Magníficas instalaciones, mal servicio”
I stayed in a triple room with a balcony. The facilities were spectacular, very spacious and all very clean. It’s perfect for a short stay, not a long one. I don’t think it’s normal that in a 7‑day, 6‑night stay towels aren’t replaced, sheets aren’t changed and the floor isn’t cleaned at all. Reception told me I’d have to pay 15 € each time for new towels and sheets, which feels like a real scam. I had to go to a nearby self‑service laundry because I didn’t want to use the same white towel or sheets (which get stained easily) for 7 days. The constant noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms is disturbing; everything can be heard, even the snoring of the person on the other side of the wall!
