“Safe, Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay :)”
Customer service really stood out for me—Ms Lee, the CS Manager, was very helpful and attentive when we ran into hiccups during our week at Hotel 57. The rooms were generally clean, making for a comfortable stay. It’s a self‑service concept, the place is well lit, and the vibe stays lively even at night, so calling it safe isn’t an exaggeration. All in all, it was a convenient and comfortable week-long stay. Keep up the good work, Hotel 57! The hiccups were a faulty AC and dirty sheets, but Ms Lee handled everything instantly, so all good, I must say!
