The only thing that was okay was the location. Everything else was terrible: the room we received was not what we booked, there were cockroaches and dirt everywhere, the staff never cleaned the room during the three days, and there were no glasses in the bathroom window. The hotel’s condition was very bad and pathetic; the photos on the listing are misleading. I feel cheated and believe it should be removed from the listing immediately.

The bar below was the only positive aspect. They rejected our online booking via booking dot com and charged us more.

A taxi was arranged to take me to the airport, but the bathrooms were subpar.

Nothing here works well. The building houses a bar that isn’t shown in the pictures, and its odor permeates the rooms; someone even tried to force open my door at midnight, but management didn’t respond, so I left for another hotel. I paid for five nights but only stayed one, yet the hotel denied a refund and even claimed I had stayed extra days, which is false. There’s no backup power either.

The location, facilities, and service were fine, yet the bedspread and sheets were dirty and the bathroom faucet pipe was missing.
