We booked a room two days in advance, but still had to wait till 12 to check in. The real kicker was the lack of basic amenities like a basin, shower, and toilet. To top it off, we had to deal with mice, cockroaches, and bed bugs that left us with nasty bites. It was a pretty rough start to our stay.

This place was a total disaster from start to finish. The service was non-existent, and the whole experience was just bad. We didn't get what we paid for, and it was a complete waste of time and money.

Unfortunately, our stay was a letdown from the get-go. The room was dirty, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water. It was a basic necessity that was completely lacking, making our stay pretty uncomfortable.

We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but the location was a major turnoff. The service was also pretty poor, and to make matters worse, we found out they were renovating when we arrived. The noise and dust were a nuisance, and the owner's attitude didn't help matters. They were pretty rude, which made our stay even more unpleasant.
