I had to cancel my stay because of flooding, and the front desk’s initial handling felt pretty off. After a few calls—apparently a mix‑up with Booking’s customer service—the desk lady didn’t know my name and the back‑and‑forth between Booking and the hotel made me feel a bit annoyed. I appreciate how they eventually processed the cancellation smoothly, and I’ll consider staying again when the chance arises. It might help if staff explain procedures to guests more clearly to avoid misunderstandings.
