It’s a great place, though the distance to Uvalde is a drawback.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but I woke up to a puddle of water that had drained from the lake into the room, and I only noticed it after getting out of bed.

They charged a $50 deposit and didn't refund it at check‑out even though we left the room clean.

The room was large and the beds were comfortable, but you had to call an American number before checking in to arrange for someone to come.
