The bungalow. When we arrived, we had booked the best bungalow, but we were handed a regular room. I told them we had paid for a bungalow, and the guy called the boss on the phone and immediately apologized. He basically moved us to another regular room that looked like the previous one but marketed as a bungalow. When he realized we weren’t staying in a treehouse, he finally gave us our promised bungalow. The reason for the attempted scam was simply that it hadn’t been cleaned yet. If we’d just said it, we would have waited like we did and wouldn’t have left a bad review.
