The guesthouse is very basic, but the guy who welcomed us was friendly and helpful. The price is too high for the type of place.
“Pernottamento deludente”
You can definitely add it, especially if you feel it’s inappropriate given the service received. Unfortunately, the experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The property had potential, but it’s run poorly and the room conditions are unacceptable. When I arrived I was given a room with a wall completely covered in mold and dampness, a situation that does not match the pictures on the website. I asked for a change and was moved to an upper floor, but there the conditions were far from adequate: the wardrobes had large mold patches and were unusable, the bed had holes and emitted an unpleasant odor (luckily I always carry a sleeping bag). To make matters worse, the tap and toilet water was brown, a detail that alone shows the level of maintenance. Other small problems made the stay uncomfortable, but these were already serious. The price paid does not reflect the quality offered at all. And as a cherry on top, at check‑out the receptionist asked me for a tip, despite everything I described. I strongly recommend against this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and decent accommodation.
If you’re looking for a cheap budget hotel, it’s decent. Two minutes’ walk from the beach. However, it isn’t great value for money.

The staff were amazing, the place was really clean and well maintained, and they tidied the common areas every morning. Very professional and friendly. I stayed for three nights and would highly recommend.
Our host was always around but not especially helpful. The paid breakfast ($8) was pretty disappointing—one egg, two small dry sausages, and moldy toast. The coffee was instant and self‑serve, and when we asked for an earlier breakfast because of a diving trip, he first agreed but then refused in the morning, saying he was too busy with another check‑in. Even though we paid in advance, no refund was offered. I also asked to replace the sausages with extra eggs, but instead I got no sausages at all. We were told bikes, jetty transport, and hot drinks were available, but all came with an extra charge. Overall, it wasn’t the best choice. The location is decent, like most places on the island, but next time I’ll book elsewhere.
