“Could be great”

The location in the marina near many restaurants was great, the suite was large and clean, and the buffet breakfast offered a good variety. However, there was no kettle in the bedroom for those who don’t drink coffee, no fans or air‑conditioning at the restaurants despite the extreme heat (there were plenty of other nearby options that did have fans), and the staff behaved poorly (especially Nicolas Martinez) if you didn’t leave a tip on your first day at a self‑serve buffet.

“Pool music only thing keeping this from being a 10 star review!”

The location is beautiful, the view from the pool is great, and the check‑in staff were amazing. The pool staff were not accommodating with the pool music for the older crowd; there was no one under 50, yet they were playing music like it was a college spring break.

The Junior Suites were incredibly luxurious, with a large balcony overlooking the harbor and the famous rocks. Unfortunately, not all dining options were available because of low occupancy.

Staying with my family, I was really pleased with the hotel's location; the room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were super cozy, and we loved having the pool right in front—bringing kids made it especially enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only downside was that water would leak out when you bathed, flooding the floor all the way to the wardrobe; otherwise, my stay was great.
