The location of the accommodation is good. The lack of information about breakfast (provided by a nearby vendor two minutes on foot) is a downside. Breakfast is only a cup of coffee and two mini viennoiseries; fruit juice is extra.

Breakfast includes a cappuccino, a focaccia, and a brioche—enough to start the day. The location is perfect for me, I love the area, it’s quiet and upscale, and close to everything.
A real gem, exactly what everyone should experience. Staying in the owners’ house, sharing the wonderful feeling of being genuine guests in a home. Edel was extremely kind, attentive, and caring, along with her son. The room was spotless and lovely in a very beautiful house in a fantastic area of Genoa, convenient for all zones and well-served by public transport just a minute from the house. Breakfast was excellent at a nearby bar. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
The large apartment is split into rooms and lacks good entry doors, so you have to lock them with a padlock. You also need to place a wedge when leaving.
