The porter was very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good, but there was no bedside lamp, it was loud—especially if England are playing in the World Cup—and it wasn’t the cleanest and had rough edges.

The location was good, but the bed was very uncomfortable, unlocking the room door was a nightmare, there were no water glasses, the room felt very uncomfortable, and the desk chair had a nasty stain on the seat; maybe I was unlucky and just got the worst room in the collage.
