Great value for money. The AC unit’s external fan is very noisy, and the window shakes a lot.
The room was spacious and the location was great, but the maintenance was lacking: the air‑conditioner needed cleaning for better performance, the external unit was vibrating so much that a loud noise was heard inside the room, and the showerheads were dirty.
I liked everything— the owner was excellent, the service was wonderful, and the price was well worth it; there was nothing to complain about.
The reception had a lot of trouble with the room key cards, always causing problems; the incidence of issues is absurd.
The hotel’s location was convenient, close to Congonhas airport, and the staff were attentive and polite; the breakfast was good, but the interior corridors needed repainting.
