The reception staff were nice and helpful, the location was good, and the quality/price ratio was solid. The small details about bathroom facilities and the overall condition of the room were disappointing.

The staff were kind and courteous, and the bed was comfortable, but the in‑room services were very limited and the room felt just the bare minimum.

It was useful to have the option to book a parking spot at the hotel, yet the room and bathroom were quite small.

Parking was convenient and close to the center of Cannes; the apartment was clean except for a wall damaged by moisture. There was a lack of dishes and kitchen utensils, the stairwell was slippery and dangerous at the bottom, the garden was unclean upon arrival, the TV shut off after a while, and the hot water tap was reversed in the shower.
