The location and room were fine, and the staff were helpful. The bar, however, lacked any beer selection and the overall vibe felt empty with few guests around.

The location is pristine and beautiful. The property itself is premium luxury, with beautiful stonework, sprawling grounds and amazing woodwork. The facilities are delightful, including landscaped gardens, gym, spa and infinity temperature controlled pool. The food is, as per general ITC standards, excellent. But the high point is the wonderful staff, including but not limited to Aastha in the Zodiac, Nidhi in front office and many others. The best was Kamlesh the Front Office Manager, who exemplified top notch service. There were normal minor glitches, which the staff addressed with speed and efficiency
