The hotel and our rooms were very clean; breakfast was a treat; the staff were very smiling, kind, and helpful—really top! The sea view and sunset were a real delight. What’s unfortunate is the taxi mafia: you can’t order taxis through the usual apps, you have to go through the hotel, which adds a cost of 50 bath per person. The same applies at KHAOLAK night market, where a 5‑minute taxi ride costs 300 bath. I recommend renting scooters to avoid these hassles, as it spoils the ability to move around as you wish.
