The restaurant food and service were excellent, but the room lacked a dental kit and water, and the heater wasn’t working.

I paid over ₹2500 a night and the hygiene was a complete let‑down. When we checked in, the bed sheets were visibly stained and had hair, the duvet was old, heavily soiled, and the cover matched it. Pillows and their covers seemed never changed since the hotel opened. I told reception on the way out and the staff promised a fix. The next day only the sheet had been swapped, and the dirty one stayed in the room. Housekeeping admitted he didn’t know how to change a duvet cover and I had to do it myself after he gave me a replacement. He even said, “We don’t change this unless it’s heavily dirty,” which was shocking. They also kept the previous guests’ tips in a closed cabinet. Basic amenities were missing: no tissue box, no toilet paper, no dental kit, no shaving kit, no hand soap. For a 4‑star claim at ₹2500+ a night, spending ₹100 on basic toiletries is unacceptable. The restaurant staff were polite and courteous, but the overall cleanliness and linen quality make it hard to justify a 4‑star rating. The management should focus on hygiene before chasing revenue.

It’s a 3‑star property, but the bed sheet, pillow cover, and towel were all old and unclean.

I had a fantastic time staying here with my family - the atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
