“Mit Swim Up Zimmer Perfektes Hotel”
Everything was simply perfect. We had a swim‑up room, not at the main pool, and it was absolutely dreamy. I would only book a swim‑up room; otherwise, the pool area is small and hard to find a spot.

The hotel sits in a really good location with many shops within walking distance, and the whole place is well kept, nicely furnished, and very clean. Our family room was great and suited us perfectly; at check‑in we were even told we’d have a pool‑view family room, which we were delighted about. The beach is a 5‑10 minute walk, and there’s a regular shuttle from the hotel to the beach, which is very convenient. What disappointed us was the loudness at night: the pool terrace and arena hosted parties or loud music until about 23:00 every evening, and we weren’t told about this when we arrived. Even with the windows closed, we felt like we were in the middle of the event. For families with children or those who want quiet evenings, this is very disruptive. Overall, the hotel is recommendable, but probably better suited for adults or couples than for families with kids. During our stay, most guests were adults, many of whom seemed to receive preferential treatment, which was a bit disappointing for us as a family. If you’re looking for evening peace or traveling with kids, check beforehand how extensive the nighttime events are. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely, tidy, and its great location makes it worth visiting.

I liked the hotel’s location, close to the beach—walkable or a short bus ride. The grounds were small but green, and the two merged hotels still left room by the pool. Food was well organized; we ate only at the hotel from 22.08 to 04.09 and never had any food poisoning or stale dishes. The dining area was always spacious, no queues. It was also handy that the beach café offered lunch and snacks, so we didn’t have to return to the hotel for meals. The evening program was a highlight: each night featured different acts—dance troupes, circus, live music—making it very entertaining. I was pleasantly surprised by traditional Turkish dances; it was my first time seeing such performances in Turkey, and they were truly beautiful in traditional costumes. What I didn’t like was that we were first assigned a room for disabled guests, which was awful except for the view. The next day we went to reception to ask for a change, and they only offered a new room the following day, ruining the start of our holiday. Another inconvenience was that, despite being a five‑star hotel, there were no slippers or bathrobes in the standard room, no napkins, and only two towels per person. The toiletries were limited to shower gel, cream, and conditioner, which were not always replenished unless we asked reception, and the fridge drinks weren’t restocked either, even though we tipped the housekeeping staff daily for their good cleaning.

We were blown away by how well the hotel delivered for its price, from the helpful staff—especially Sevilay, who was fantastic—to the clean, long beach with attentive beach boys. The food and drinks were always fresh and tasty, and the team was ready to help with our 1‑year‑old whenever we needed them. We’re thrilled with our choice for our first trip with a baby.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff, clean and welcoming as always. Food is great with a good variety. Not enough food choices for children. Lifeguard at the animation pool is absolutely useless and it can get very crowded. I also don’t like the fact you cannot book one room if you are a family of 5+. We are a family of 2 adults with 3 children and have to book two rooms so we are split up at nights
