The hotel is centrally located near the old town. There’s a generous breakfast with a wide selection, and fruit is also offered. Coffee is available but only in a limited way. In the area, there are many cafés. A parking spot can be found nearby with a bit of searching. Supermarkets and many local shops are also in the vicinity. The room gives a sense of needing renovation; the laminate is swollen at the edges and has gaps. The shower doors barely hold. The water smells strongly of chlorine. The hotel is noisy. The surroundings of the hotel are unfortunately heavily polluted – but that’s a general problem on the island.

Despite the bad weather, I appreciated above all the kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially at reception, and the location almost right in the center. Services were optimal and clean. The breakfast was ample and excellent. I can’t think of any negatives. Only the bad weather, which is not the hotel’s fault.

The staff were super friendly. The hotel is just a 10‑minute walk from the old town of Rethymno.

The hotel is nice and in the center. For me, it’s one of the best value‑for‑money hotels. There were a few minor bathroom issues, but they didn’t bother me at all. All the staff were very friendly, from housekeeping to reception – Eleni at reception was so welcoming and helpful. They allowed a late check‑out and offered free laundry.
