This is a scam hotel; there is another hotel by a different name at the location. I didn’t get the room and nobody answered the call.

I'm still waiting for a response to my email requesting an invoice, which I sent on January 8th. It's been a while now, and I'm starting to get a bit concerned about the lack of communication from the hotel.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that this hotel doesn't actually exist. I'm not sure what kind of scam they're running, but I'm glad I didn't end up losing any money.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The service was absolutely abysmal, and the property looked nothing like the pictures I had seen online. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a persistent issue with the drain, and the elevator was completely out of order. It was a frustrating experience from start to finish.

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The room was not at all as described - there was no spa bath, and not even a plug for the bath. What's more, a room with a balcony required me to climb a wall and navigate down a set of stairs into an adjacent property with no emergency exit. The toilet was also precariously perched above the bathroom floor, and only one of the four lights in the room was working.
