The staff at reception and in the dining area were very attentive and helpful. We stayed in two different rooms: the first was somewhat outdated and old, but after we requested a change the second room was newly renovated and everything was perfect.

The proximity to the medina, the caring staff, the setting, the equipment, the cleanliness… everything was flawless! Nothing was missing; every time it’s top‑class. A huge thank you to all the staff, from the cleaning ladies to the bar and restaurant workers.

They gave a cake for one guest’s birthday, which was nice, and helped lift heavy suitcases to the upper floor. I had read reviews about loud music, but I don’t think the noise was that intense. I couldn’t sleep until 2 am; the first‑floor restaurant was very noisy even on a weekday, and friends from another room said they couldn’t sleep either. The rooms did not live up to expectations; the photos looked much better. Some of the supposedly upgraded rooms had small windows in the ceiling instead of proper windows, making the rooms feel like storerooms. In my room one mattress was very old, the other was already compressed, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom of room 112, and a sewage smell in the bathroom of room 201.
