The ground‑floor apartment includes a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and kitchenware for food preparation. It provides a living area, a separate bedroom and two beds, accommodating up to four guests, and a private bathroom with a shower and bidet. The space is air‑conditioned, features carpeted floors, a flat‑screen TV with cable channels and a tea‑and‑coffee maker.

The hotel is in the center, very convenient if you want to walk a lot, quick check‑in and early check‑in without problems, staff are friendly, but there is no shampoo or shower gel in the room, an unclear liquid (same in the shower and by the sink) is not hotel‑level and it’s inconvenient to use, and it would help to have a kettle in the room.
We had a very pleasant experience at the Atmosfera hotel‑restaurant complex – a cozy spot with beautiful décor, clean and comfortable rooms, and staff who were friendly, attentive and kind. The restaurant deserves special mention for its tasty food, nice presentation and welcoming atmosphere. Thanks for the hospitality; we’ll definitely come back.
I’ve finally decided to share my thoughts on “Atmosfera” 🫶 Before booking I read a lot of reviews and honestly felt a little uneasy because I couldn’t figure out why so many people mentioned negative points. After our stay, the only thing I can say is that we still have no idea where those bad reviews come from 😄 Everything about our visit was comfortable – the vibe, the facilities, the staff’s attitude and the overall feeling of the holiday. We left completely satisfied and would gladly return ❤️ So I can confidently recommend “Atmosfera” and suggest not letting the negative comments dictate your decision. Everyone’s experience is different, but ours was purely positive 🥰 Thanks for a comfortable stay and pleasant memories! We’ll definitely be back ❤️

The restaurant’s visual design and the fact that a steamer was available were the only things I liked. The soundproofing was terrible – you could hear everything happening in the corridor, above and beside you, making it impossible to sleep unless you were extremely lucky with quiet neighbours and a silent floor, plus the gap between the door and floor was 1‑2 cm; if you’re scared of explosions or similar noises, don’t stay here. The sirens are loud and will wake you every five minutes for checks. The pillows were uncomfortable. The staff seemed to think two 0.5 L bottles of regular hotel water per two guests for a 24‑hour stay was enough; elsewhere water is free or given on request, but here I was told “you should have it in the room,” and when I asked for more they offered a paid bottled water at 60 UAH each, the same price as a minibar bottle. There is no buffet line; breakfast must be booked quickly at check‑in for a specific slot, otherwise you miss it, and when we tried to book for 7:30 the receptionist looked shocked and asked “Are you even awake?” The lift behaved oddly, sending us to the wrong floor when we pressed 2 or 3. The staff were unfriendly, they didn’t help with luggage, and they never told us where the shelter was or even if one existed. Finding the reception was hard; a sign near the elevator would help.
