The resort is right in front of the beach, and though the building is old and the facilities are a bit worn, the parking, walkways, and barbecue area were all satisfactory, and the linens were clean. The room size was great for the price.

The hotel faces one of Korea’s best beaches, and while the photos make it look more grand than it really is, it’s still a decent place. The room was spacious and tidy; keep in mind that in Korea it’s common to sleep on futons, so for four people the setup was a double bed and two futons. The bathroom was clean, though I found it odd that there were no toiletries, which is standard in Korean accommodations. The kitchen‑dining‑living area was all in one open space with a balcony overlooking the garden. The pool was closed, and the kitchen barely had utensils—just a pot, some cups, plates, and cutlery; there was a rice cooker but no microwave.

The staff were friendly and thoughtful, making the trip really enjoyable, and the view of the sea was great; I plan to come back next time. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable.
