The buffet breakfast starts very early and is great; the WiFi is excellent; the staff are helpful; the city views are nice; the location is great; and it offers good value for money. The beds are a bit narrow—queen‑size beds should be standard.

“Excelentee Hotel”

This is the fifth time I've stayed here, and I love how friendly the staff is and how convenient the location is; the rooms are super comfortable, always clean, and the internet is good—on some occasions I've been given a balcony and the afternoons are very pleasant. I've also received upgrades to a suite. I love this hotel and would definitely book again. The only complaint would be that the breakfast variety could be better. The only issue I had was that the cleaning staff would wait for confirmation before entering after ringing the doorbell, because I was in the shower when they rang and the cleaner entered without my confirmation, but she was still very friendly and attentive throughout, always making sure we had everything clean and in order.

The location is very good, it has a lot of communication, and as a tourist it’s very easy to move to other parts of the city. We really liked the pool facilities. There’s a lot of dining options nearby. I think the restaurant needs more staff, especially at breakfast, because there were several moments when something was missing. For example, on the second day there was no juice for the 30 minutes we were there. It was very hard to adjust the air conditioning.
