The atmosphere is pleasant and classic, with solid facilities and bossa nova playing all day, which is delightful; however, the two hotels operate separately—one is cozier while the other focuses on entertainment, and guests aren’t allowed to move between the common areas, which was disappointing. Moreover, the breakfast was extremely basic and could have benefited from a better selection of breads and juices.

The location is fantastic, and the room, though simple, is incredibly comfortable with everything working perfectly. Every staff member provides exceptional service, with a friendly and attentive team. Breakfast is delicious, and the hotel itself is a classic, with meticulous attention to detail from traditional dishes to classic furnishings and charming ambient music. I brought my elderly parents, who felt very comfortable and safe during the stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
