Good value for money, decent location, balcony and breakfast. The room felt cramped, had limited space for two people, and there were only a few charging outlets near the bed.

The hotel is very well situated, right at the subway entrance and bus stops that take you to every corner of Kyoto. Also, the Takkyubin service they offer is really great, very convenient for us who had a long trip and didn’t want to lug our luggage everywhere. The staff didn’t seem very friendly or smiling, we felt a little annoyed if we had any questions, and the bar seemed to close very early.
