The hotel’s location inside the park was absolutely fantastic—grand and incredibly pleasant. The downside was that there was no on‑site dining; even ordering delivery proved difficult, and taxis couldn’t enter the resort, making it a bit of a hassle to move around with a family of six. That’s the only gripe I have; everything else was great.

Being tucked inside the gardens made for a lovely, tranquil spot to wander at leisure, and the pool was ours alone. The only drawback was the limited food options after dark unless you leave the park, which we did.

The pool and breakfast were nice. The bathroom and the house had a broken door that wouldn’t close, and the front desk staff were not very impressive—they were rushed and hurried.

We took a taxi to see the park, then returned to Pattaya to pick up our luggage and stayed at this hotel for two days—we loved it! It’s paradise!
