“La struttura sembra un piccolo borgo medievale in miniatura”
The location and surroundings are great.
The village is gorgeous!
The location and outdoor facilities are nice. The furnishings are poor and shabby. They should advertise the place as three stars, not four.
“To forget”
The staff were fantastic, especially Pamela. Unfortunately, the room looked amazing in the photos, but in person it was the smallest bedroom I’ve ever seen, with the mattress almost touching every wall. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold all over the shower silicone. Pamela moved us to what they call their “premium” room, which was larger and better situated, yet the shower still had mold and the walls were full of holes and patches. I even tried plugging my razor to shave, and it blew up!

La struttura è davvero molto bella, ampia, estremamente curata in ogni dettaglio e pulita. Un grande valore aggiunto è rappresentato dal personale, sempre incredibilmente cortese, accogliente e disponibile. Ottima la presenza delle due piscine, perfette per concedersi momenti di puro relax. Negli appartamenti c'è tutto l'occorrente per cucinare in autonomia, ma noi abbiamo preferito usufruire della colazione in struttura ed è stata un'ottima scelta: il buffet è davvero vario e ricco. Anche per quanto riguarda il ristorante, la qualità del cibo è buona. Nel complesso è stata comunque un'ottima esperienza e la consiglio!. L'unico aspetto che si potrebbe migliorare riguarda l'intrattenimento diurno/serale: c'è fin troppo silenzio e già verso le 22:00 la struttura si svuota completamente. Un minimo di animazione o un po' di musica renderebbero l'atmosfera più viva
