We liked the great location and the fact that everything we needed was close by; although we were two people in a large apartment, we had actually booked a room. The service left us pleased, the staff were extremely courteous and refilled our cups, water, coffee, tea and sweets every day. On the downside, the room hadn’t been sprayed with air freshener when we arrived and it smelled of cigarettes despite requesting a smoking room, and the cleaning wasn’t thorough; however, once we asked for a quick clean‑up they responded promptly.
