The lobby looked super fancy and the breakfast turned out to be the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! The rooms, however, didn’t match the lobby’s quality and felt skimped on; the pool was also odd.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and had a huge shower; the welcome kit was provided, and the outdoor pool with a hot spa tub was very appreciated. The breakfast wasn’t very generous but was average compared to other hotels in America; the outdoor pool wasn’t spotless but had some sand on the bottom.

Overall the hotel was good. Breakfast satisfied hunger, nothing more. The pool area was somewhat unkempt, and for this price I expected housekeeping to clean rooms daily or at least make the beds. Housekeeping came every two days, and we only had trash emptied and fresh towels refilled; the bed wasn’t made and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The fitness area was generally okay, but maintenance should be checked; the multifunction machine could use some oil, and everything was very dusty and stale. The hotel is about 5‑10 minutes from Moab by car.
