The place is awful, the front desk person is rude and arrogant, and the room assigned to me was worse than a prison cell. Logically, I didn’t like anything about this eighth‑floor hotel and will file a complaint with the authorities.

The staff were very rude, the facilities were deteriorated, and nothing matched the posted photos.

There’s no food service, but the location is excellent near good beaches. The pool cleaning could be better.
