The staff were very friendly.

The location and cleanliness were good, but there should be cutlery, a few glasses for water, tea cups or mugs, plates, and a fan in the open living area; it would help if one person handled guests, as miscommunications occurred when multiple staff spoke to us, though they were very good, helpful, kind, and attentive.

Everything there is flawless and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Nothing else to mention.
