This room has river views and a private entrance. The private bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and a seating area are also featured. This room sleeps 2 guests.
The location was great and the boys at the resort were very helpful and prompt. The room was airy and sunny with clothes hangers to dry clothes outside. A very disappointing end to our Kerala trip. Where can I start and it’s usually positive reviews that I am used to submit. Let me start with the bathroom. Wall tiles were used for the floor making it slippery. The clothes hanger, where there was only one, hung on just one stand making it impossible to hang any clothes. There was no shampoo nor body wash. A small soap was all there was. There was no dental kit which was a bare minimum expected in any hotel/homestay. There is no complain about the bed which was ok. The door had a crack. The fan did not have a regulator. The AC did its best to cool. No issues with the kitchen which could not serve dinner. There is a gas scarcity. For the price it is charging Dhruv Heritage Lake resort Cherrai was disappointing. And the facilities being shown in was unfortunately not correct. For the positive side… breakfast was excellent. The service provided by the homestay boys was excellent and prompt.
