The food was acceptable for a four‑star resort with a good variety, but the last day felt wasted because of an electricity and water outage in the morning, which closed the waterpark and prevented the kids from enjoying the facilities.

It’s a family hotel that really focuses on families with children and seems to do a good job offering many options. Unfortunately, we had very bad experiences right from the first day: 1) the receptionist was rude when we complained about our first assigned suite; 2) if you only booked breakfast, there was no proper restaurant on site where a couple could relax and dine; 3) the photos are far from reality—the ping‑pong table has holes, the tennis courts and football pitch are outdated; 4) the property seems to have passed its prime, with many things broken, and the staff try to hide this by maintaining a very good‑looking lawn.

The food was good, but the pool’s opening and closing times could use improvement. They should either extend the hours or open earlier.

They always had something to eat, but the food was neither high quality nor varied. We didn’t have access to quality alcoholic drinks or good coffee. I paid for an all‑inclusive package but only the free items were of decent quality; everything else wasn’t included. If I’d known this beforehand, I wouldn’t have stayed at this hotel.
