The hotel is well‑maintained and located in a quiet forest setting near the Dnipro, with courteous staff and a generous buffet breakfast. The restaurant is excellent, offering a good menu and large portions at very reasonable prices. It isn’t a drawback, just a feature: the hotel isn’t in the city centre. If you want silence, calm, and forest, it’s perfect; if you need to be in the city centre, it’s a 7‑10 minute drive by car.
I really liked the location: a walk to a river with a beach, a forest nearby for walks, and amazing air. At the same time, the city centre is a 15‑minute trolley ride, very convenient. The hotel staff—reception, waiters, housekeepers—are extremely friendly and helpful, a real delight. The food is very tasty; everything we ate was enjoyable. Breakfast offers a wide, nutritious, and tasty selection. The room has a balcony, is spacious, and a nice place to sit. The pillows and mattress are uncomfortable and I had back pain after the night. In the bathroom, there’s mold in some places between the tiles.
The interior is nice, clean, and the staff are pleasant. The surrounding pine forest creates harmony and coziness. The only thing that disrupted the stay was the tap water quality and the morning janitors buzzing with electric mowers, blowing dust off the cobblestones.
The location and parking are great, but on the day of arrival there was a loud wedding that wasn’t mentioned beforehand. The windows faced the celebration, and during breakfast the decorations were being dismantled, so we had to move between them. The breakfast menu was noticeably worse than before.
