We had an exceptional stay at MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi East, where the front desk team was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Zun at the reception who provided wonderful service and the staff who kindly assisted us with our luggage; the room was clean, comfortable, and felt like home, so we would definitely return. The staff and service were wonderful, making the stay truly exceptional.
The hotel was comfortable and well‑located, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful, answering our questions well. The welcome gift mentioned a consumption, but it was really only 10‑20 ml.
