Good value for money, comfortable bed, tidy bathroom – clean, decent, not shabby. Excellent location, a half‑hour walk to the main mosque. Breakfast was also liked. No long waits, and for the money everything is fine and acceptable.

I felt like I stepped back into old‑school North Africa, really capturing the vibe of Morocco, though the breakfast could have been better.

Очень негативный опыт. Будьте внимательны при бронировании этого отеля. На ресепшене у меня возникла серьёзная проблема с расчётом наличными. Две сотрудницы самостоятельно использовали свой курс конвертации евро в дирхамы, из-за чего сумма к оплате отличалась от ожидаемой. На мой взгляд, такая практика выглядит как попытка ввести гостей в заблуждение при расчёте. Отдельно хочу обратить внимание на не соответствие номера бронированию. Фотографии и описание на не соответствуют тому, что мне предоставили по факту. Я бронировала номер определённого размера и уровня, однако получила значительно меньшую, старую и плохо убранную комнату, которая совершенно не соответствует фотографиям в объявлении. На фотографиях забронированного номера также была ванна, тогда как в предоставленном номере была только душевая кабина. Ниже прикладываю фотографии — что было заявлено и что я получила на самом деле. Я обратилась к персоналу с просьбой решить ситуацию, но никакого содействия не получила. Мой опыт оказался крайне неприятным, поэтому рекомендую внимательно проверять фотографии и условия перед бронированием этого объекта

The on‑site restaurant serves a decent buffet for breakfast, but skip dinner—there are plenty of nearby options. The reception staff and porters were very helpful and pleasant to interact with. My room had excellent soundproofing and effective blackout curtains, which I appreciated given the flashing giant LED sign just across the road. The hotel was clean, and I was grateful for their patience in arranging a taxi from the airport even after my flight was delayed by 24 hours. The only drawback was that the only usable power socket in my room was located in the bathroom.
