The staff were completely unhelpful, the equipment was in a bad state, and it was freezing because they didn't turn on the heating until 20H. The shower was leaking and water was all over the floor, the showerhead was loose, and the WiFi was terrible.

The facilities were really good and comfortable, but one of the beds was broken.

There was no breakfast offered, which was a shame.

The staff were friendly, the location was calm, and the house and outdoor area were pleasant. However, the soap and dish soap dispensers were empty, it was too hot at night without air conditioning or fans, the sofa bed was uncomfortable for two adults and creaked a lot, and the bathroom had some mold.
