The location and the owner’s friendliness were great, but there was no way to dine in Thiezac except at the hotel, where the menu didn’t appeal to us.

Breakfast was a generous continental spread served by someone who was attentive to our requests, though the décor could use a more modern touch, which is a minor concern.

The room for three was a bit tight, and the 12 € breakfast could have included fruit; otherwise it was fine. The parking isn’t private, so we were lucky to find a spot on arrival.
