Everything was fine, except there were no views.
Excellent hotel for its price, especially with the breakfast included.
“Great location”
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's great location, which allowed us to walk to major attractions with ease. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from. However, our room didn't have a window, which was a bit of a letdown, especially considering the hotel had to make some last-minute changes due to overbooking.

The hotel was impeccably clean, fresh, and very nice, with top‑class service. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with many options, and the location was excellent—lots of restaurants and shops nearby, just a 6‑8 minute walk to Ben Than market.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to Europeans. On the first night, I was not given the room I had booked, and on December 30th, my VISA card was charged 5,280,805.00 VND due to an error in booking. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a refund.
