The location and Mrs Francesca, the comfortable mattress, and the balcony. The beds are single that were joined and became a huge bed. The room doors have glass and the curtains are a bit translucent. The private bathroom is located outside the room, the toilet lock sometimes jammed, and I couldn’t open the door the first time.

The neighborhood is a quiet, authentic Italian area that lets you soak up local life. The location is perfect, and the room and staff are excellent. Nothing to complain about.

1. Host Francesca is very kind and friendly. She speaks good English. WhatsApp is a better way to get connected with her. 2. Four minutes walk from a Metro line A station. 3. The coffee machine is god sent. 4. Good value. 5. The unit is on the fourth floor (?) but it has a nice smooth elevator. do use it if you have luggage

The owner and staff welcomed us warmly and took care of everything. The room is spacious with high ceilings, and both the bed and sofa are large and comfortable. The bathroom and shower are kept very clean, and the hot water works well. Bedding and towels are impeccably tidy. The room is cleaned daily. In the common area you can use coffee, tea, a coffee machine, and a fridge. The owner kindly shared information about nearby attractions and restaurants. There are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby, and the area feels safe. A subway station is close, and many direct routes are available, making the location excellent. Most importantly, the owner’s friendly welcome made a lasting impression in this unfamiliar city. Communication was very fast and responsive. Check‑in time was flexible, and the owner even helped with check‑out, making the stay more memorable than the trip itself.
