The hotel is close to Mont Orford and Magog. I had booked this room for my son and his girlfriend, but when we returned they told me the bath was dirty; she took a shower with those socks, and the towels were yellowed. The room was not clean, and the spa water was green. Very disappointed!

The location is great, the breakfast is tasty, and overall the place is clean; there is a spa and a small fireplace. The carpets and walls were stained everywhere, even in the cafeteria, and there’s no spot to unwind in the evening with a drink or coffee— the bar is closed, and bringing your own glass into the lounge at reception is forbidden. The atmosphere is weak; a pianist or some background music at reception would help. The fireplace doesn’t light until December, and reception groups (like weddings) get priority, leaving other guests somewhat neglected. There’s no place to spend the night except the spa fire, which is turned off at 21:30 on a Saturday, which is disappointing. It’s a beautiful location with great potential, but it lacks those small touches that make it warmer and more convivial, and there’s no pool or ping‑pong room.

Great space with an actual fireplace and nice view. Internet not working. No fire starter after 1st night even when we asked. No decaffeinated coffee
