Cleanliness and service were good, but there were rodents on the street near the hotel.

The location and price were great, but the place was crowded.

The location was the only bright spot, right in the center. The room wasn’t fully cleaned; there was dust on the closet shelves, some wall areas weren’t painted, and the shower had a window that could be seen from the front terraces, so it should have been more discreet where the street and public areas are visible. The room let in a lot of light at dawn, and street noise was loud. The place didn’t look like the photos.

I felt right at home, everything was perfect. The service from Miss Caro was extraordinary, and the furniture, amenities, security, and central location in Querétaro meant I had museums, cinemas, theaters, restaurants, shops, and more just a short walk away. This will be my hotel of choice.👌👍👏👏👏🤗

I liked everything: the furniture, amenities, security, and I felt at home. Miss Carolina’s service was very good, and the location is excellent because it’s in the centre of Querétaro, close to museums, cinema, theatres, and various restaurants. The restaurant at the back of the hotel is also very good in quality and price. I stayed twice in one month for medical appointments and everything was handy—transport, shopping centres, hospitals, and all kinds of stores—this will be my hotel 👍👍👌
