The place was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I would have appreciated an extra sink to aid with food prep.

The staff and service at The Banff Inn were excellent.

I disliked the off‑site location and the limited use of tickets. The room keys kept failing, forcing me to visit the front desk at least five times.

The room was far too small for the price; the bathroom was tiny and dark, and there was no coffee in the lobby—just average. The beds were comfortable on a daily basis.
