The location is great, in a quiet residential area. This is a suite on the back side of a house with a private entrance, recently remodeled with modern fixtures, a tile shower, a bidet, heated floors in the bathroom, and a refrigerator and microwave in the bathroom. There is no temperature control and I was frequently cold, so they provide a space heater. FYI they ask for no shoes inside and no toilet paper flushed. This is not a hotel; you clean yourself and take out your own trash.

I don’t like the bathroom; I felt someone had already used it before I arrived. The bathroom mirror and sink were not clean, there were no hand towels, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were used.
