The contact was very friendly, the process was straightforward, and the location is quiet, but it was quite warm at the time and I wished the room had a fan.

Everything was fine, the reception was very friendly and they helped a fellow traveler who wasn’t feeling well. The location and surroundings are lovely. Nothing else to add.
